WCG to Host BBQ and Block Party
Did someone say BBQ?? You bet we did! Please join Worcester Common Ground, your friends, and neighbors on Friday August 23rd from 4:00-7:00pm at our 22 Newbury Park for some fabulous end of summer fun. We will also be taking this time to make a special dedication of our 22 Newbury Park to beloved resident, and former WCG Board Member, Marge Purves. Marge was a fierce advocate of community greenspace; we are lucky to have known her and hope to keep her spirit alive through this park.
Summer Basketball Youth Clinic
Looking for another free and fantastic youth summer program? Join us three times a week between July 15th and August 16th for basketball! Thanks to ongoing neighborhood efforts, we are thrilled to be back for year two of our youth clinic at the Fatty Jenkins Memorial Cage.
