We are pleased to announce our latest property acquisition: a vacant lot at 33 Merrick Street. This property acquisition was made possible by a new and exciting partnership with Umass Memorial and their Anchor Mission. We are grateful to Umass Memorial for recognizing the importance of not only affordable housing creation, but mitigating the barriers to property acquisition in a hot real estate market through seed funding. 33 Merrick will hopefully be modeled after our successful homeownership projects at 20 and 24 Merrick.
