Tim has been with WCG since August 2020.  As the project manager, he is responsible for a variety of real estate development projects, from smaller projects, such as the construction of a single-family home at 24 Merrick Street, to larger mixed-use, multi-unit developments, such as 126 Chandler Street. 

Tim comes to WCG with a background in urban planning, community development, and affordable housing, having previously worked for the City of Worcester’s Planning Division, as well as served two terms as an AmeriCorps volunteer with NeighborWorks Blackstone River Valley. 

Tim has an M.A. in Community Development & Planning and an M.B.A. from Clark University, in addition to a B.S. in Sociology from Worcester State University.
